Locality: United States, Texas, Terrell, On higher part of scour plain ca. 500 ft S of main channel of Independence Creek, ca. 50-500 feet upsteam from (W of) western of two road crossings on Oasis Ranch Preserve (TNC), ca. 2.6-2.7 airmiles E of jct. Independence Creek Rd. and St. Rt. 349. Oasis Ranch Quadrangle. Elev. 1940 - 1960 ft.
Habitat: Occasional in Baccharis sp.-Brickellia laciniata shrubland on deep dry bed of limestone gravel and cobbles on higher part of scour plain.
Reproductive Condition: flowering + fruiting=mid
