Locality: Mexico, Sonora, Guaymas, San Carlos, NE shore of Bahia San Carlos, undeveloped land between Marina San Carlos and bridge across El Esterito at head of bay.

Habitat: Thicket in a swale near shore of bay.
Associated Species: Prosopis glandulosa, Leucaena leucocephala, Washingtonia robusta, Phoenix dactylifera, Talipariti tiliaceum, Parkinsonia aculeata, Lycium brevipes, Ricinus communis, Tamarix sp., Cenchrus ciliaris.
Description: Multi-stemmed shrub, 1.5 m; bark gray-brown; leaves compound, twice-pinnate, to 30 cm long, leaflet margins scallop-toothed; flowers white; fruits green, becoming woody.
Notes: Duplicates to ARIZ, USON.
