Habitat: Gorgeous extensive tract of dry tropical deciduous forest (bosque tropical caducifolio), with Lysiloma tergeminum (leading dominant)-Zizyphus mexicanus (2-dom.)-Conzattia multiflora (3-dom.)-Senna atomaria (4-dom.)-Hintonia standleyana (5-dom.), with sparse canopy at 5 m and close-growing scrub at 2.5 m.
